Enviro-Kote is a sustainable asphalt emulsion pavement sealer crafted from non-toxic, non-hazardous, natural materials, with a significant portion being recycled by-product aggregate to reduce landfill waste. This environmentally conscious sealer contains natural fillers, fibers, and polymers for durable pavement protection and a rich black finish. With the industry's lowest P.A.H. levels, Enviro-Kote is a cold-applied commercial grade sealer that prioritizes safety for both pavement and the environment.


Following the 2014 ban on coal-tar based products in Minnesota due to their harmful effects on health and the environment, sealcoat manufacturers turned to alternatives like asphalt emulsion seal coats. These seal coats can extend the lifespan of various asphalt surfaces, ensuring not only pavement protection but also a safe environment for children to play in.

Here’s what you can expect from us

Do you want to prevent cracking, crumbling or sinking asphalt? Do you want to protect your asphalt surface from water damage or oil stains? We’ve got you covered. Our asphalt sealcoating services include:


  • Checking the forecast prior to starting to ensure optimal conditions for product application
  • Surface preparation steps such as edging the grass around the driveway, removing weeds within the driveway, bruising the asphalt surface, cleaning oil spots off of the driveway, and blowing off all remaining debris on the driveway
  •  Brushing a seal coat perimeter to avoid over spray on grass, concrete, buildings, and other non asphalt surfaces
  • Applying a high-quality asphalt emulsion sealcoat to the surface
